Ginni hosts two kinds of stay. Pines Lake Chalet is a three-bedroom house in the woods at Locust Lake Village, with a hot tub, a golf cart and the lakes around the corner. In Delaware, three smaller homes sit near Christiana Hospital and the University of Delaware, for a night or a few months.

Stay withGinni
A mountain chalet for the week away, and quiet homes in Newark and New Castle for work, campus, and longer stays.
My name is Ginni Emanuel. I host guests for vacations in the Pocono Mountains, and for shorter and longer stays around Newark and New Castle when work or family brings you to Delaware. Tell me who is coming and what you need. I answer myself, and I will do my best to make the stay a good one.

Questions
Pets, sheets, the village, and how a Delaware stay is different from the chalet.
Yes, at all four homes. Each home has its own pet fee, and it shows when you book. The chalet is also set up for kids, with a trundle and a travel crib.
Sheets. Ginni provides blankets, quilts and pillows at Pines Lake Chalet. The Garden Suite includes linens. Ask her about the other two Delaware homes if you are staying a while.
The chalet is in the village. Guests get wristbands for the lakes, beaches and playgrounds. Leave the wristbands in the house when you go; the village charges for missing ones. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
At the chalet, a doorbell camera and a camera face the back door when the house is empty. They do not face the hot tub.
The Delaware homes. The Garden Suite is a private one-bedroom with its own entrance, for one or two people. Creekside House sleeps more, with two bedrooms and a balcony, near the hospitals and the University of Delaware. Ashton Flat is a ground-floor two-bedroom in New Castle, with no steps. Ask Ginni about monthly specials.
The calendar on each home shows the rate and the open nights. You can reserve there, or write to Ginni with the home and your dates and she will answer.
